Daddy

Yaaaa - Daddy comes home tomorrow! 7 days with zero communication really stinks! Hope he had fun & caught lots of fish, but we are ready for him to come home!

Hanging out

Macie & I are spending the day together.... starting the morning out at a rib fundraiser for some of Becky's 3 day team members (the food was great). Then mom ran to Cub Foods, while grandma Linda stayed home so Macie could take a nap. After the nap we headed into the pool in Nicollet to swim with cousin's Colton & Trayton & auntie Cindy too. She's taking another quick snooze... swimming's a lot of work - but she LOVES being in the water!

Last night we have a girls night with grandma - we went to a fashion show for my cousin Tricia & saw some amazing clothes, supper & then church. It was our pastor Steve's last service for FIVE years (Macie will be in Kindergarten when he comes back). He took a call to South Korea for 5 years. We were very sad to see him go - he married both of my brothers & have baptised all of the kids; Kalley, Colton, Trayton, Talor & Ms. Macie! A lot of tears....

If your wondering where daddy is in all this... he's in Canada! He went on a fly in fishing trip with his friend Justin, uncle Troy & 5 others. He was so excited to go! They left Nicollet yesterday morning @ 4:00 am... drove to Canada & they were suppose to fly to their resort @ 8:00 this morning. They are there until Friday with no contact with anyone until they fly back in to pick them up on Friday! We were sad to see daddy leave, but we know he is going to have so much fun!

Crawling

I am sorry I have been so bad at blogging - I look at other people's blog's and get bummed because they haven't updated, but yet I am so bad about updated ours! I just feel like we are staying busy... always doing something!

We starting crawling tonight..... Ya we were so excited! I think tomorrow at daycare she will start to figure it out more & more & by the weekend there will be no stopping her!!!

Hudson's Birthday

Today we helped Hudson celebrate his 1st birthday! It was a lot of fun - birthday parties are awesome with your kids :)..... It was in the park, so we enjoyed playing! Thanks Hudson 4 inviting us & the treats you gave Macie.... They had a pinata & it even had treats in there 4 Macie :)

Fun Days & Pool Party

Last weekend we went to the Fun Days parade.... we really enjoyed it, but it was 2 hours long & cut into nap time at the end! Then that following Monday we went to the Wagner pool party here is town...Macie had a blast - I think her legs were kicking almost the whole time! She loves the water!!! Thanks 4 inviting us Traci :)

4th of July

I'm sorry for the lack of updating... we have been very busy! We had a great 4th of July - we went up to Troy & Cindy's cabin (my brother & sister-in-law) in Hutchinson and had a GREAT TIME! Macie went on her 1st Jet Ski ride with daddy and really enjoyed it. There was I think 28 people up there, so needless to say Macie got a TON of attention :). Friendship days was the weekend before - post below.....

Friendship Days

Friendship days was a couple weeks ago & again we had a GREAT TIME! Friday night we went down to the park with my family (Macie enjoyed just watching all the people & the rides). Saturday morning Macie & Mommy walked in the "Nicollet's Hope" 5K fun run/walk. It is a 1st year for this & it was celebrating our auntie Becky & another gal from Nicollet Angie who are both Breast Cancer survivors. Saturday night Macie stayed the night at Grandma & Grandpa Evans so mommy & dady could go downtown with some friends **THANK U G&G**. Sunday Macie & I walked through the parade with her daycare friends - she loved it!
