Wonderful week

We just returned from a WONDERFUL vacation! My mom & dad took the 13 of us to Turks/Cacios for our Christmas present and it was awesome! We stayed at a Beaches resort & it was perfect! Macie had so much fun!!! She enjoyed the sand on the beach & loved being in the water :) They had several different pools, water slides & a lazy river. She went around the lazy river over a dozen times for sure:) They also had all of the Sesame Street characters there so she got to see; Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover, Bert & Ernie, Zoe & Abby Cabby (she even had breakfast with them one morning). I will post pictures soon.... We are making a CD of pictures from all 4 of us girls & then I will make sure & post!

Nice Weekend

We had a very nice weekend this past weekend! Saturday Macie & I just hung out most of the day while dad worked to get as much done outside as he could since it was nice out. Then we hung the decor in Macie's "big girl room"... I will try and post pictures soon. We plan to keep her in her crib till February or so, at least I think that's the plan?!
Sunday we headed down to Blue Earth to help celebrate my grandma's 80th birthday! She is just such an amazing grandma, it was nice to celebrate with her. She is moving into an apartment so she had us go though her stuff (since she has to downsize). We do not have a Christmas tree skirt and grandma had one that she made... I am excited because I know every Christmas when I put that out I will think of her! This week doesn't look to be too exciting - just waiting for the dr. appt. to get Macie's cast off :)

Update

Not a whole lot to update..... I went in yesterday & got my H1N1 shot (hopefully Macie can get hers soon). Otherwise we did not have a very exciting week! The weekend looks about to be the same... hanging out - R & R for Macie & I - Dad is hoping to get the camper put away and some other things done outside before the snow flies... and we are all going to help my grandma "Re" celebrate her 80th birthday!!!
Next Wednesday the cast comes off - yaaaa! Macie is standing on her own, so dad & I are so excited to see what she does once she gets the cast off! We are both going in because the nurse said that kids get really scared when they cut it off. She said of course it won't hurt her, but they use a saw & the vacume that goes with it is really loud. I will try & update some new pictures soon!

P.S. Baby Evans is kicking like CrAZy!!!
He/She kicked so hard Monday morning @ 6:00 am it woke me up!

Baby dr

We had another check up yesterday... the dr looked over my ultrasound from last week and said everything looked good. I go back in 4 weeks and do my Gestational Diabetes test - YUCK!!!!! Heartbeart was 140! The 1st time was 130, then it went all the way up to 150, and now 140 - hmmmmm ??????
