Doing good

We are all doing good, except a little issue with Ms Macie's diapers... which we are in the process of trying to figure out. Our poor peanut has not had a solid diaper for over 5 weeks now :( We did some stool samples last week & those came back fine. So now she is off dairy to see if that helps at all? We were home sick this past Monday & Tuesday, Macie had a cough, runny nose & temp!

Macie went and played with her aunt Cindy & cousins Colton & Trayton (Uncle "T" is at a boat show) tonight while dad & I went out for supper for our anniversary.... Two years ago we were in Hawaii where it was nice & warm!!! Amazing how we thought life was perfect at that time & now it is just even more amazing having Macie in our life & baby "E" on the way.

Tuesday Macie goes in for her 15 months check up (she turned 15 months this last Friday) & Wednesday I go in for baby "E"'s check up. Macie is now officially a toddler! She loves it in the toddler room - they go to the gym almost everyday to play & just do so much to keep her busy. We are still working on moving her into her "big girl bed".... we know we still have time.

32 Weeks

My appt went good yesterday... she said the baby has started to drop, but said that's very common at this point... the heartbeat was 150! I go back in two weeks and then I will start my one week appointments. It was a good feeling to walk out of there yesterday... it was at this appointment that they realized I was having contractions with Macie and I was admitted over night and then put on bed rest for two weeks. I asked her about not feeling so well here and there and she said the sickness is not uncommon to come back during the 3rd tri-mester - I'm not complaining I know mom's who have it way worse, I'm just nauseous now and then.

I have two diaper bags packed and ready to go.... one is all pink and one is all blue :) my plan this weekend is to get mom's stuff in order and then I will be set. If you know me at all, I think my husband is surprised I didn't have all of this done two months ago. I have also pulled the baby car seat and bases out of storage and they are down stairs ready for our vehicles.

Our weekend doesn't look to be very exciting... a lot of hanging out and snuggle time! Oh and of course watching the big game on Sunday - GO VIKES!!!

Weekend Fun

We had a great weekend! Saturday Macie & I had a lazy day as daddy helped his buddy Tony (ToTo as Macie says) work on his truck. After her afternoon nap we suited up & went outside for some fun. First we took a sled ride, while daddy pulled us around the yard..... then she went for some fun with her dad on the 4 wheeler & snowmobile -she loved all of it! Sunday I went up to the big Vikings game with my sister-in-law Cindy & my nephews (my brother ended up having to be out of town at a boat show). It was a great game to be at! Macie & daddy just hung out at home, played & watched the game on t.v.

I go to the baby dr tomorrow... It was this time with Macie that I got put on bed rest. I feel like he/she has dropped!? I feel a lot more pressue & for some reason the last couple nights I have been very neausous, so I will have to ask her about that. We are almost to 7 weeks till baby - WOW! I will post after my appt.

31 Weeks

I am 31 weeks today! I don't have a whole lot to post - so I thought I would post this info I found on "Baby E" on the internet.....

This week, your baby measures over 16 inches long. He/she weighs about 3.3 pounds (try carrying four navel oranges) and is heading into a growth spurt. He/she can turn his/her head from side to side, and his/her arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin.

30 Weeks!

Wow it has not hit me at all, that in 2 months we are going to have a baby in our house! Macie is our baby!!! However she is changing so much it's unreal!? She has been going into the toddler room each day at daycare and at the end of this month will officially be in the toddler room! She is starting to say more & more (well dad & I can understand what she is saying anyways). She is such a good and happy girl!!! Although she has just started to hit a little and at daycare she has figured out that she is the biggest kid so she is kind of being a turd somedays! I know it's something all kids go through, but I am not ready for that yet.

My appt went good yesterday (after waiting 55 minutes to be seen - ugg). Dr Denke was very nice and would love to deliver our little bundle of joy for us! You will all be able to see baby Evans by March 12th! Unless for some reason he/she comes early - although my other doctor told me he would put a $100 bill that I will not go early. Dr Denke said everything looked great he/she had a great heartbeat... but I forgot what it was... 150 something?! Weird to think I only have 5 more dr appts!? I think getting a date set is going to put me in the mood this weekend to start to get things ready!

New Years

Let's just say 2010 can only get better for us! Wednesday I got a phone call at work from daycare that Macie had thrown up - I went & picked her up, but she seemed to be fine the rest of the day/night. We just hung out at home on New Years Eve with some friends & played Wii.... a GREAT New Years if you ask me..... snacks, good laughs, good friends & all while in my pj's :)

A little after lunch on New Years Day daddy started to not feel good & by that evening he was throwing up. He thought it was maybe the chili that he had make for some reason... not the case, but midnight mommy was throwing up too! We were so thankful for the long weekend - we took turns yesterday watching Macie so the other one could nap, but both woke up feeling good today. I have washed everything in our house... hoping that is done with us for the year!

I am still feeling good as far as baby.... I go in this Wednesday to meet Dr. Denke & hopefully hear that she is willing to deliver me! It's so weird to think I only have TEN WEEKS LEFT - WOW! I will update again after my appt. We hope everyone had a great New Years!
